Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within the same day or next day. Delivery is done within 60 minutes maximum on the same day for orders that are done until 10 pm. Orders after 10 pm are delivered the next day between 7 am to 9 am.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. In case of delays in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or mobile.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Delivery is guaranteed through our own fleet of riders by charging a nominal fee.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Refer our return and Refund Policy.
